Accurate measurement of the opening:
- The first step is to measure the exact opening where the window or door will be installed.
- The opening should be measured in millimeters, both horizontally and vertically. Measure all four sides of the opening, both inside and outside.
- There may be a difference between the left and right dimensions, or between the top and bottom of the opening. That’s why measurements should be taken at three different points: left, right, and middle on the vertical side, and top, bottom, and middle on the horizontal side.
Good to know: If you opt for installation services from TermoExpress, the order will be executed based on the measurements taken by our representative.
- After we receive your request by phone, email, or by filling out the form on the website, a TermoExpress representative will contact you to discuss the project details together.
- TermoExpress’s timeframe for configuring and sending a price offer is 24 to 72 hours, depending on the complexity, volume, and specifications of your project.

Transport and handling services are not included in the price. The cost of these services varies depending on distance, volume, and customs fees. These costs will be communicated to the client and specified in the estimate (price offer) before accepting the offer and signing the sales contract.
The warranty for TermoExpress products varies depending on the specific component, as follows:
Window and door frames:
- Aluminum and uPVC: 5 years
- Insulating glass: 5 years
- Window hardware: 5 years
- Door hardware: 2 years
Accessories:
- Decorative HPL door panels: 2 years
- Insect screens (hinge): 2 years

The contract price is to be paid as follows:
- 50% of the price is to be paid in advance, within 7 days from the date of signing the estimate (price offer) by both parties, based on the invoice issued by TermoExpress.
- The remaining 50% of the price is to be paid upon completion of manufacturing, before delivery, within 7 calendar days from the date of the invoice issued by TermoExpress.
Payment should be made only via bank transfer to the account and according to the details provided on the invoice issued by TermoExpress.

- On the TermoExpress cloud (virtual space): In the upper left corner of each site, you’ll find an icon shaped like a cloud with a downward arrow.
