Delivery information

Depending on the customer’s choice, the ordered products will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer. Products ordered will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer during the order process.

The customer agrees to be present to receive the order at the address indicated in the order. The customer is obliged to verify the accuracy of the information provided regarding the delivery address before confirming the order. In case of an error in entering the delivery data (street, street number, block number, number, floor, contact person, phone number), Termo Express cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the order.

An order will not be delivered if a customer does not meet the above conditions. The customer must ensure that he/she can receive the order and facilitate the courier’s access to the location specified in the order.

The delivery is deemed to have been made by Termo Express at the time of delivery of the products ordered by the customer at the address selected by the latter when confirming the order.

If the deadline is exceeded by Termo Express, Termo Express will inform the customer and agree with him to extend the delivery time.

Shipping costs will be displayed both when ordering and after completion.

Transport information

We offer a full transport service with our own cars or authorised partners.

We have a fleet of 3.5T and 7.2T trucks with which we carry out international transport, with 4 main routes:

Cluj-Napoca, Romania – Hungary – Austria – Germany – Belgium – France
Cluj-Napoca, Romania – Hungary – Slovakia – Czech Republic – Germany – Belgium – France
Cluj-Napoca, Romania – Hungary – Slovenia – Italy – France
Cluj-Napoca, Romania – Hungary – Slovenia – Italy – Switzerland – France

Depending on the size and/or weight of your order and your delivery location, the available solutions and cost will be specified in the product sheet.

Details: the carrier delivers to your house or construction site, but is not allowed to enter your home. So, plan to be helped if necessary by third parties to receive your order.

In case of inaccessibility (too narrow streets, houses on the harbour, electric cables too low, trees preventing passage, …) additional access costs are at the customer’s expense. However, the customer has the option to pick up the goods directly from the carrier to avoid paying these additional costs.

It is imperative that you unpack all goods before signing the delivery note.
