Sectional Garage Doors

Sectional garage doors are the perfect solution for homeowners who want to optimize every centimeter of space. Opening vertically and sliding neatly under the ceiling, they free up headroom while allowing easy access for vehicles and storage.

  • Versatile fit – suitable for all garage openings, offering a wider passage than traditional swing-out doors.
  • Comfort & insulation – high-quality seals provide excellent thermal and acoustic performance, while protecting against dust and moisture.
  • Flexible operation – available with manual or electric control, adaptable to any usage scenario.
  • Heavy-duty performance – ideal for high-traffic areas, large openings, wet or chemical environments, and even showrooms.

With their sleek design and durable construction, sectional garage doors combine practicality with long-term reliability.

Characteristics

Sectional garage doors combine durability, design flexibility, and safety. Built from galvanized steel and finished with powder coating, they are protected against corrosion on both sides. The robust 40 mm steel panels, filled with polyurethane foam, provide excellent thermal insulation across the entire surface. Available in a wide range of colors and styles, these doors can be perfectly adapted to the unique architecture of any house or building.

  • Easy to operate manually or with the push of a button;
  • Remote control with rolling code technology prevents unauthorized access;
  • Finger-trap protection with specially profiled panels;
  • Multiple safety features: spring balancing, cable break protection, overload sensors, and photocells;

Hardware

  • The track system is made of galvanized steel.

  • Sectional garage doors are equipped as standard with a spring break protection system, which prevents the door from collapsing in case of accidental spring breakage.
  • Torsion springs have a durability of approx. 50,000 cycles for residential doors and 25,000 cycles for industrial doors.
  • Rollers are made of steel (Ø11 mm) with steel bearings encased in nylon, ensuring smooth and quiet operation.
  • Adjustable side hinges, made of 2.5 mm thick galvanized steel sheet, support and align the panels on the sliding tracks via the rollers.
  • Guides, made of 2 mm thick galvanized steel, are formed by deep drawing to provide precise roller guidance.
  • Intermediate hinges, made of 2.5 mm thick galvanized steel sheet, ensure the secure connection and proper movement of the panels during door operation.

Torsion Spring Configurations

Two types of torsion spring systems are available, depending on the available headroom and installation requirements:

Front Torsion – shaft and torsion springs installed on the header, in front of single horizontal guides. This is the standard and most widely used solution, offering durability and easy maintenance.

Rear Torsion – shaft and torsion springs installed at the back, on double horizontal guides. This configuration is ideal for garages with reduced headroom, ensuring smooth operation even in limited spaces.
