Concept Patio 130

A highly advanced sliding door system, Reynaers CP130 provides the perfect balance of high insulation, performance, and design. Unlike other lift and slide sliding doors, CP130 allows for improved performance when it comes to security, insulation, weather protection and weight capabilities, allowing it to accommodate standard or oversized sliding door panels comfortably. Additionally, coupled with its minimalist aluminium design, this beautiful and well-engineered sliding patio door is both sleek and stylish, making it an excellent choice for homeowners looking for a premium solution with excellent all-around specifications.

Characteristics:

Available as both inline or lift and slide models, CP130 sliding doors come with the best in patio door engineering, delivering a light and smooth sliding action, optimum reliability and high specifications.

With excellent security, sealing and sliding action, CP130 sliding doors combine desirable aesthetics and luxury styling. Both inline or lift and slide models come with a choice of double or triple tracks and a fixed or open corner design. Trickle ventilation requirements are more attractive thanks to the Reynaers Ventalis integrated ventilation system.

The system is thoroughly tested and its results are verified by independent notified bodies. Because of the broad range of available profiles and accessories, you can find the option exactly fitting your needs without overengineering the project, keeping costs under control.

Insulated Glazing.

Double-Glazed Glass Package:

The insulating glazing, or “double glazing,” is obtained by sealing two sheets of glass, separated by an aluminum or Warm Edge spacer containing molecular sieve to absorb moisture. The primary seal is made with butyl tape, and the final seal with hot melt, ensuring perfect and durable insulation.

Possible standard/premium configurations:

  • F4 + 4 Low-E + Argon + Warm Edge
  • 3.3.1 + 3.3.1 Low-E + Argon + Warm Edge
  • 4.4.2 + 4 Low-E + Argon + Warm Edge
  • 4.4.2 + 4.4.2 Low-E + Argon + Warm Edge
  • 4S + 4F + Argon + Warm Edge

Types of glass used in insulated glazing:

  • Float Glass (clear):

Produced by floating a continuous strip of glass using the “float” technology.

  • Low-E Glass (low emissivity): A clear, transparent glass coated with a metal oxide film. This film allows light to pass through while reducing heat transfer, thus minimizing heat loss.
  • Solar Control Glass (4 Season): A flat glass with a special transparent coating. It reflects long-wave infrared radiation and a large portion of solar energy.
  • Reflective Glass: A monolithic, reflective glass obtained by vacuum deposition using magnetron technology (soft-coat, OFFLINE) or pyrolytic technology (hard-coat, ONLINE).
  • Ornamental Glass: Features a textured surface, available in a wide range of patterns and colors.
  • Tinted Glass: Created by adding metal oxides during the melting process, this glass absorbs a significant amount of solar energy, preventing excessive heat entry.
  • Duplex Glass (anti-burglary / laminated): A laminated glass made by bonding two sheets of float, tinted, reflective, or ornamental glass with one or more layers of polyvinyl butyral (PVB) film. It is available in transparent, colored, or opaque options and is known for its rigidity, adhesion, and elasticity. In the event of impact, PVB films hold the glass fragments together.
  • Tempered Glass: Treated through a special process to improve surface flexibility. When broken, it shatters into very small pieces, reducing the risk of injury.

Warm Edge Spacer:

Also known as the “warm spacer,” it is used to separate the glass panes in triple or double glazing. This spacer has a significantly lower linear thermal transfer compared to traditional aluminum spacers. Made of a thermoplastic composite material, the Warm Edge spacer is a poor thermal conductor, resulting in more efficient edge insulation.
