COR Vision.
Thermally broken minimalist sliding system designed to provide maximum luminosity with a minimal aluminum interlock profile. Featuring an elegant design with a 20 mm sightline, it offers the option for an inlaid closing system and the ability to hide the frame along the perimeter. Additionally, the locking system can be integrated into the interlock, allowing the sashes to be concealed within the frame from a frontal view.

Characteristics:
Thermal break sliding system with an avant-garde design that allows for excellent luminosity with minimal visible aluminum sections. Featuring an elegant design, it aims to provide maximum light with minimal frame sections, with only 8% of the total surface being profile.
It has a visible central section of just 20 mm, a lateral section of 77 mm, and upper/lower sections of 57 mm. The lower, upper, and lateral frames can be integrated into the finishing materials.
There is the possibility of joining panels at a 90º corner without using mullions. For the version with a single track, composed of a fixed and sliding panel, the track is hidden in the fixed section.
Aesthetic possibilities: For the version with end-to-end straight panels, there is also the GALANDAGE system, designed to enable full opening as the panels slide completely into the wall. This allows for a 100% open surface.
Insulated Glazing.
Double-Glazed Glass Package:
The insulating glazing, or “double glazing,” is obtained by sealing two sheets of glass, separated by an aluminum or Warm Edge spacer containing molecular sieve to absorb moisture. The primary seal is made with butyl tape, and the final seal with hot melt, ensuring perfect and durable insulation.
Possible standard/premium configurations:
- F4 + 4 Low-E + Argon + Warm Edge
- 3.3.1 + 3.3.1 Low-E + Argon + Warm Edge
- 4.4.2 + 4 Low-E + Argon + Warm Edge
- 4.4.2 + 4.4.2 Low-E + Argon + Warm Edge
- 4S + 4F + Argon + Warm Edge
Types of glass used in insulated glazing:
-
Float Glass (clear):
Produced by floating a continuous strip of glass using the “float” technology.
- Low-E Glass (low emissivity): A clear, transparent glass coated with a metal oxide film. This film allows light to pass through while reducing heat transfer, thus minimizing heat loss.
- Solar Control Glass (4 Season): A flat glass with a special transparent coating. It reflects long-wave infrared radiation and a large portion of solar energy.
- Reflective Glass: A monolithic, reflective glass obtained by vacuum deposition using magnetron technology (soft-coat, OFFLINE) or pyrolytic technology (hard-coat, ONLINE).
- Ornamental Glass: Features a textured surface, available in a wide range of patterns and colors.
- Tinted Glass: Created by adding metal oxides during the melting process, this glass absorbs a significant amount of solar energy, preventing excessive heat entry.
- Duplex Glass (anti-burglary / laminated): A laminated glass made by bonding two sheets of float, tinted, reflective, or ornamental glass with one or more layers of polyvinyl butyral (PVB) film. It is available in transparent, colored, or opaque options and is known for its rigidity, adhesion, and elasticity. In the event of impact, PVB films hold the glass fragments together.
- Tempered Glass: Treated through a special process to improve surface flexibility. When broken, it shatters into very small pieces, reducing the risk of injury.
Warm Edge Spacer:
Also known as the “warm spacer,” it is used to separate the glass panes in triple or double glazing. This spacer has a significantly lower linear thermal transfer compared to traditional aluminum spacers. Made of a thermoplastic composite material, the Warm Edge spacer is a poor thermal conductor, resulting in more efficient edge insulation.
