TermoExpress offers two sizes of roller cover boxes (250 mm or 300 mm), depending on the construction opening. Thanks to their design, the boxes leave free space under the ceiling, increasing the usable area of the room. The roller covers can reach a maximum width of 4 meters.

The standard equipment includes:

• aluminium 55 mm slats, available in a wide range of colours to match both customer preferences and the architectural style of the building;
• protective elements such as hangers and interlocks;
• motorized drives with a dedicated control system for maximum comfort.

Within the roller door mechanism, the hangers connect the octagonal tube to the curtain profile. Two types are available:

• Steel hangers, consisting of a metal elastic arm with a plastic insert. While functional, this system offers minimal resistance if the motor is inactive, allowing the profile to be lifted from outside.
• Blocking hangers, made of rigid plastic segments, designed to lock the profile firmly in place and prevent upward movement.

When closed, the roller door remains securely in a vertical position. The motor, located inside the tube, automatically prevents any movement when not in use. Combined with blocking hangers and the correct number of profiles, this makes it virtually impossible to lift the door from the outside.
